What are the differences between Zinn's, Johnson's, and Hofstadter's theses regarding Progressivism? Provide at least 3 pieces of evidence that each historian uses to support their thesis. Critique each one. Which is superior and why? If none of the authors have it right, state your own thesis and support it with evidence.
