Prevention: the various ways to prevent campylobacteriosis are:
- Wash hands before preparing foods.
- Wash hands immediately after handling raw poultry or other meat.
- Proper cooking of chicken to internal temperature of 70ºC.
- Drink pasteurized milk and chlorinated water.
- Wash hands after handling pet faeces or visiting zoos.
