State about the Internet services
Internet services are provided automatically, in many other implementations the certificate is stored on a separate database or token such as a smart card which the user has to present to the local client in order for it to pass it to the server to gain access. Some other implementations use a number of certificates (or multi-level certificates) to ensure proper security measures.
