Standard deviation of the ages of sample


The standard deviation of ages of sample of 23 executives from northern states was 7.4 years; while the standard deviation of the ages of sample of 25 executives from southern states was 11.8 years. At an alpha level = 0.05, test to see if there is any difference in the standard deviation of the ages of all the northern and southern executives. please write details( hypothesis, conclusion and etc).
