Discussion: Project Stakeholders

Stakeholders, as the name implies, have a stake in the project. Their interest might be large or small compared to other stakeholders. Often, their requirements are at odds with other stakeholders and the scope of the project. Discuss several strategies you believe would meet stakeholder requirements.
Post and Engage
Discuss in detail (200-300 words) your strategies in meeting stakeholder requirements. When responding, use terminology from the module materials and provide appropriate and adequate details in all responses. Each response should be in your own words, grammatically sound, and free of spelling errors. Please make one initial post of 200 - 300 words, then make 2 reply-postings of 50 words.
Using current APA format, include and cite at least one external reference material in your initial discussion post.
