Stakeholder Based Org chart
Take the stakeholder map you generated (Samsung). You will be generating an organizational structure to meet the needs of your key stakeholders. Go back through the stakeholder motivation homework assignment and see how you motivated stakeholders and which required more attention. Think of how this should effect the organizational structure (divisional, structure, matrix etc.) to best serve these that you want to motivate. Go back to the stakeholder conflict homework and identify the stakeholders with whom it would be more difficult to resolve conflicts and see how that would affect your organizational activities (communicating, coordinating etc.) and pick a structure that would best meet those needs.
If you chose a large organization you could pick one division or one office of that organization as long as you do not pick a group so small that you use the phrase "this one element (like accounting) must be a certain way because of how the larger organization defines it to be."
A simple drawing of an organizational representation will be fine. Written detail on why you did what you did would be helpful so I can grade it completely without guessing. Don't write more than 1 paragraph, this is not a writing exercise but a thinking exercise.
