Spend some time doing some research and identify someone who might be considered an "icon" of leadership. Your choice does not have to be limited to the world of business management.
Present your choice to the class. Discuss what actions and characteristics made this person an "icon." What did the person do to make his followers successful? And what business management related lessons can be learned from this leader.
