Follow these steps to create your customized entry-level, registered nurse cover letter:
You are applying for a job at Kindred Hospital in South Florida. Research the unique needs, characteristics, and culture of the hospital.
• Specify how you're a good fit for the position.
• Highlight your specialties and skills which set you apart from other nurses, paying particular attention to those that required additional training.
• Don't neglect soft skills that are highly relevant to a position as a registered nurse, such as problem solving, teamwork, communication, and leadership.
• Carefully proofread your cover letter before submitting to make sure all contact information is correct and that there are no misspellings.
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
