Source of contamination in the preparation of csp

Problem:

In Chapter 6, you learned that touch contamination is the most common source of contamination in the preparation of CSPs. With that in mind, consider the following scenario: You happen to notice that a co-worker inadvertently touched the faucet with one hand while performing aseptic technique hand washing. It appears that he is unaware of the contamination and continues on with the procedure. What is the most appropriate course of action for you to take? Would you take a different course of action if it appeared as though he did notice the break in technique but continued with the procedure anyhow? Why or why not?
