Some companies use realistic recruitment or realistic job

Question: Some companies use realistic recruitment or realistic job previews to give their applicants the opportunity to make a better choice on whether they fit in with the organization. They also do it to reduce turnover. Research indicates that they do result in less dissatisfaction and turnover and more trust. They do discourage some of the applicants, however, thus shrinking the applicant pool. Do you believe that organizations should provide realistic job previews? If so, should they do this for all applicants at all times or only selectively when there is a great deal of turnover?
