Somalia remains a country with slight corroborative organization, an ineffective government with enormously fragmented and relatively unlawful. Somalia, like many African nations, is without a national government and is in a tireless state of turmoil and confusion because of reorganized authority. Within Somalia the difference between the troubled central and southern regions and the somewhat peaceful and stable north is dramatic.
