It was determined in this study that when breakdowns occur, it takes an average of 7.0 min to make repairs and get the system operating again. Assume the upper-bound approach is applicable. For the study period, determine:

(a) average actual production rate,

(b) line uptime efficiency, and

(c) how many hours were required to produce the 2000 parts.
