1. Identify various activities (tasks) involved in the project, and draw the Activity Network for the project. Assume appropriate durations and dependencies between activities.

3. Now, assign resources to the various activities, and schedule the activities to avoid any conflicts for the resources. Show the final activity network with resource allocation.
4. Do a complete risk analysis for the project: 1. Identify the risks 2. Prioritize the risks 3. Plan for the risks (what action should be taken for each risk) 4. Show any additional costs incurred for the project to manage these risks
