Sodium chloride gas has molecules that are ionically bonded

Sodium Chloride gas has molecules that are ionically bonded. The Sodium end has a charge of +1e, and the Chlorine has -1e (where "e" is the charge of the electron). These charges are separated by a distance called the "bond length"

Part A) Assume that the bond length is 2.361*10^-10 meters, calculate the dipole moment.

Part B) Convert your answer into units that chemists use: the Debye ("D")
