In order to benefit from this use they need to gather data about their customers. This is facilitated by Big Data. The question for you to answer here is how social media has helped businesses gather and maintain their large customer base using big data.
2. The Social Media Case lists seven different businesses that have benefited from using social media tools to attract new customers as well as interact with existing customers. Take three of those businesses and explain how those businesses have benefited from the use of social media.
