Question 1: It has been nearly 20 years since the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 was adopted in order to put an end to discrimination against disabled people. Consider whether the Equality Act 2010 has achieved equality for disabled employees. Use case law to illustrate your argument.

Question 2: Although there is no single law on privacy in the UK, the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Human Rights Act 1998 are important pieces of legislation that cover a number of areas in relation to personal privacy.

Discuss this statement with particular reference to the role of managers in a business environment.
