- Fortunately, he has collected some complaint data over the past several months.
- As a Lean & Six Sigma Green Belt, what 2 projects would you suggest he work on?
The following chart shows a prioritized list of complaints that your brother-in-law has collected. (Note how important it is to have some data).
Based on the list of customer complaints, identify 2 or 3 projects that would significantly improve Joe's pizzeria performance. Use the criteria for "doing the right work" shown on the early slides. Your response should include:
Projects selected and the basis for selection
Solutions are not expected in the define phase of the project.
The data shows the number of complaints, each complaint category as a % of the total, then a cumulative %.
