#1: Prospectus will be a 1-2 page (3-4 paragraph) overview of This is supposed to be fairly informal. I want to encourage you to use this to lay out tentative thesis, possible sources, as well as reasons for choosing your topic.
#2: Counterargument: I would like for you to prepare a mini-essay (one page, roughly) in which you argue a point opposite (or as close to opposite as you can get). This essay should be written as if you actually held this point of view, one which I assume is contradictory to what you actually believe.
