a) Provide an analysis of each option.
2) What are the cost estimates and time estimates for the ERP roll out?
a) Identify total project costs for each item (such as training, software, hardware, etc.). You will be more specific in Part B: Project Management.
b) Be sure to show the proposed order and timeline for the implementation of the modules. You will break out one of the modules in Parp B.
c) Do a Cost-Benefit analysis and a Break-Even analysis for the proposed ERP implementation. Can the company afford ERP?
