Problem
Many NYC public schools rent their gyms for private parties. A person rented the gym at a local school for his birthday party. He hired private security guards and instructed them that only men be admitted to the party. They were told to keep out any female that tried to enter. Three females heard about the planned party and filed a complaint with Civil Rights Commission against sex discrimination in public school buildings.
