1. Teach for America (TFA)
Should TFA teachers only be allowed to teach in (high poverty) schools with disadvantaged students if they first serve internships in those schools (as opposed to currently having only a few weeks of training after graduation from college)?
2. Rating School Performance
Should states like Ohio rate the performance of all schools on the same basis or should they judge urban school districts like the CMSD with a high proportion of poor and minority students separately?
