Problem
This project requires you to select one of the first ten Amendments to the U.S. Constitution (Bill of Rights) and use that amendment in a real life situation. For example, should states have rights to require background checks before allowing the sale of hand guns? Is the placement of a nativity scene on city hall property a violation of the First Amendment? Is the execution of a mass murderer allowable under the U.S. Constitution? (etc.) Use an example, either real or fictitious and relate the amendment to your example. Please keep this project a maximum of three single spaced pages.
The response must include a reference list. One-inch margins, double-space, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
