Problem: There are only two ways to amend the U.S. Constitution. The first is by two thirds support from each chamber of the legislature and the second is three fourths ratification from each state's legislature. The difficulty in this results in the U.S. constitution being amended only 27 times. Should it be easier to amend the U.S. Constitution?
