Egypt's president Abdel Fatah al-Sissi recently met with President Trump. The conversation included discussion of the fight against terrorism, the Middle East's multiple wars, the refugee crisis and Egypt's anemic economy.
The two leaders, however, were criticized for not discussing human rights. Should human rights concerns take a back seat to national security cooperation? Why or why not? Which do you view as being more important? Why.
