Short Reflective Paper. Write a paper, in which you review the ideas and concepts presented in Chapter Ten of the Aging and Life course textbook. Summarize what you have learned as well as the "Future Trends in Retirement". Discuss how the percentage of the American workforce has changed and how gender, age, and racial or ethnic groups impact the employment rate. The paper must be two to three pages in length (excluding the title and reference page), and formatted according to APA style. You must use at least two scholarly resources (at least one of which can be found in the Ashford Online Library) other than the textbook to support your claims and subclaims. Cite your resources in text and on the reference page.
