Shelly, a 32 year old narcissist, was desperate to find cheap Botox treatments. Her previous plastic surgeon and those she visited refused to perform any more procedures on Shelly. As a last resort she turned toward black market Botox. Less than 5 minutes after her first $15.oo treatment, Shelly dropped dead from cardiac and respiratory arrest.
