Vokes was told that she would become a professional dancer if she took a very expensive dancing course offered by Arthur Murray, Inc. She was also continually told that she had great talent. The contract called for payments amounting to a total of $31,000.

As it turned out, she never became a professional dancer and, in fact, had little or no talent.

She sued Arthur Murray, claiming that the Arthur Murray people misrepresented the facts to entice her to enter the contract. The court agreed and found in her favor. Would Vokes have the right to void the contract? Explain.
