She informs you that the presentation to the Board of Directors on implementing a new ERP system went well; however, they did not approve the funding for the system. They insist on seeing a stronger justification for spending the $15 million on the project (this represents nearly 5 percent of the company's annual revenue). The CEO states that the Board did not accept the "everyone else is doing it" justification she offered.
