• Share your thoughts on the heated debate on the federal government mandate that allows individuals to use the restroom in public places--schools, colleges, etc.-- based on their gender identification. For example, a person that identifies as a female can use the woman's bathroom even if their sex is male. Please watch the following video and share your thoughts.
• Should a person that gender identifies as female/male/transgendered (regardless of their sex) be able to use the bathroom in public schools based on their gender identification? Why? or Why not. Please give a good argument to support your answer.
• Share your thoughts on if the federal government should be involved with state policies and laws in terms of this issue?
• Do you think that not accommodating transgendered individuals is a violation of their rights?
