Capital budgeting techniques are focused on measuring and estimating the cash inflows and cash outflows of a project. In your posting, discuss the significance of capital budgeting. Discuss what factors, other than the two just noted, should be considered in capital budgeting decision making. (These other factors could be social, political, environmental, or health factors.) Share information about a capital-budgeting decision that you are familiar with or have researched, and present an opinion on whether additional factors should have been considered during the process.
