The stakeholders of today's organizations demand continuous improvement of the organization's performance. In order for an organization to be better tomorrow than it was today, and even better the following day, the people within that organization must also continuously improve. Conduct research, and share examples of the methods today's Human Resources Departments are able to train and develop its people.
