Written communication comes in many forms. In a digital workplace, the use of written communication is essential. When the received relies only on the written word, there is an increased opportunity for miscommunication.
Share an example of current event that involved written communication that you have created or seen that did not meet the intended purpose. Share how you would have modified this communication to demonstrate effective leadership.
