Several business units and organizations have recognized the importance of KM, which, in reality, streamlines the flow of knowledge within their systems. You may have come across several organizations with effective KM programs while surfing the Internet or reading newspapers, magazines, or journals.
In this week's Application, find a case study either in a journal article in an electronic library database or on the Internet-for example, a KM program that has been implemented in an organization and the results of which have been reported (at least with some evidence of outcomes, whether positive or negative). Be certain of the credibility of the source if it is a case study found on the Internet.
Post the title of your case study by3-26-16. Your Instructor will ensure that the case study you have selected is unique and appropriate for your analysis. You will complete your summary of the case study in Week 5.
