Seven Segment Optical Character Recognition
We want a standalone executable file or a dll that will be triggered from other programs which will provide the character recognition of a captured screenshot of a digital display. Codes must work for Windows OS. Preferably developed with .net c#
Job Description-
We need them to be recognised file by file as well as to be listed in a text file with the fields [filename] [display value]
We may offer further examples upon request. The code must work for any digit (not only for the sample values). The code must have tolerance for some minor light changes or should have tuning values for the user to adjust.
