Problem: A great domestic market Sylacauga Marble Quarry should take advantage of would be monuments along with statues. Setting up a distribution warehouse in or near the Sylacauga are in my opinion would be the most cost efficient by allowing better tracking of inventory as well potentially qualifying for local tax breaks. This may lead to poor delivery however, in the marble industry I feel as though delivery speed isn't at the for front of customer satisfaction but instead the actual quality of the material which we will ensure is the best for our individual customers. I believe we should also focus our efforts marketing to world-renown architects since the goal of Sylacauga Marble Quarry is to be worldwide.
