Tony presented alert and oriented x4 as he engaged in session with a cooperative mood and full affect. He confirms dose efficacy at 175mg, with no reports of cravings or withdrawals. After looking into this matter further, Tony is pre-diabetic, taking metformin, which could've resulted in the positive result. Tony did appropriately follow up with his doctor and communicated with BHG about this appointment. Program director is granting Tony his take-homes back starting this Friday, 7/24. We reviewed that Tony's recent UDS results showed positive for fentanyl; however, the confirmation test came back as negative.
