Scenario:

By adopting the position of consultants for a local service provider, we are to conduct a service firm audit and apply service marketing and management theory and concepts. We are to conduct an in-depth investigation and analysis of Hungry Jacks, highlighting areas that it excels in (e.g., compared to its key competitors) and make express self-service order system as a recommendation to improve their company service quality. The reason of that recommendation because we saw long queue during lunch time.
