There are a huge number of individuals and firms who are out there selling their organizational development services. Take a look at videos and/or webpages of OD consultants and find a company or individual that really stands out in a good or bad way. Share the link to the video or webpage, and explain what made this particular consultant or consulting firm stand out to you.

I found a firm called MJH Consulting. Their videos starts out by listing their credentials and why they would be a good fit for your company. Their material seems to follow that of the background reading pretty closely. They want to engage the partners and clients as much as possible during the work flow. They also offer services like the 360-Degree Feedback surveys so that they may help each department reach its maximum potential. The company states that they are a minority owned firm, which doesn't seem like a relevant point, but it was made. The narrator is extremely uncomfortable on screen, and stumbles with her own words and those on the cue cards that she is clearly reading off camera. This video seemed like a take that should have been scrubbed before putting the final video together. This video was definitely a low budget film.
