The research requires you to present, review and analyze the organizations published accounting statements of the last 2 years. Specifically, your research paper will:
1. Identify the core functions of each department, their strengths and weaknesses, and make recommendations for improvements, as appropriate.
2. Compare the alternative courses of action.
3. Explain the effects at issue.
3. Recommendations that would be consistent with the accounting practices, and accounting related departments.
