Select three metrics from the Week 2 textbook reading assignments that are most applicable in determining the effectiveness of the organizational structure and explain why these metrics are most applicable.
Determine three areas of ineffectiveness in the company based upon these metrics.
Recommend changes to the structure that would improve the effectiveness of the company.
