Pick a leader you are familiar with who in your opinion is an exemplary leader-in other words- this person is effective in motivating their workforce and achieving the goals of the institution they are serving. This can be someone known to you, a current or previous boss or coworker, a community or church leader, or a more famous person.
The assignment for the discussion is to apply this week's material to support why you believe this person is a successful leader. First, identify the leader, and provide background and context as to why they are a successful leader. Include some examples of how they have motivated their employees or followers and achieved their goals. Next, select the leadership style and two leadership traits that best suite this leader. Briefly explain the style and the traits, and then and explain how they apply to this person.
Include at least one citation using an outside source to support you response, and be sure to include it as a reference.
