Discuss each one, providing a historical context and legal framework from which to understand these cases impact on Asian Pacific Americans today. How have these cases shaped the social, political identity of Asian Pacific Americans? How have these cases informed you about the role and place of Asian Pacific Americans in this grand experiment called, "The United States of America."
