Assessing a Firm's Value Creation
Select a unique example of a company, not discussed in the text. Identify and assess a major value creation activity evident in the firm's value chain. (see table 9.8, pg. 293). Consider the following questions in your analysis:
What does this company do well?
How well they are doing this? Why?
What makes the way they do things value added?
Your initial discussion board post should be at least 200-250 words in length and should use at least one resource as support. This resource may be your textbook or outside research. Use APA citation to properly credit your supporting material. You should also include a descriptive subject line in this initial post.
