Paper : Investigation Procedures of Evidence Gathering and Chain of Custody

Select a type of forensic evidence and describe the investigation procedures of evidence gathering in regards to the Bill of Rights, the Constitution's 4, 5, and 6th amendment as they apply.
You utilize 5 or more Peer Reviewed resources, not counting the text. The paper must be double spaced, 5-6 pages in length.
You must use 1" margins and 12 point font with the typeface Cambria. You must use APA citation style. Be sure to include a Title page, bibliography page as well as a reference page not to be included in the 5-6 pages. There will absolutely be no plagiarism.
