Part -1:
1. Select a specific category of vertical applications to investigate. Use the Internet and any other sources of information you might have to examine some of the different products that are available in that category.
2. Describe the common features of those products in your own words (don't just cut and paste the information from the Internet).
3. Include an explanation of any features that distinguish one product from another, including costs, where available.

Answer the following questions and attach your responses to this assignment, (in one document, please!!) Please remember to cite your sources.
1. Describe the trend that views software as a service rather than a product. What effect has this trend had on software acquisition options?
2. What is an RFP and how does it differ from an RFQ?
3. What is a prototype, and how do systems developers use prototyping?
4. Explain the difference between physical and logical design.
