Select a recent article of your choice on one Australian or international EHR success story. In your write-up you are to:
1. Describe five success factors in implementing an effective HER in your chosen article.
2. For each of the five success factors you identified, explain how success was achieved.

You are to attach the article you have researched as part of your submission for marking reference as well as a reference list at the end of your Word or PDF document. Your write-up should be between 500 to 700 words, excluding the contents of your Reference List.
