First identify which element of negotiation is identified.
Then explain the context and how the situation was resolved. Was this an appropriate way to solve the conflict based on negotiation theory? What would have you done differently based on your research and analysis?
How would have a different method or attitude changed the outcome?
What other aspects of the situation could be changed for better outcomes? etc.
