The behaviors, including ethical behaviors, which led to your leader's successes and failures
The leadership style of your leader
The influence your leader has in his or her industry

A Note about Biographical Essays: The key to writing a good biographical essay is good data collection. Library resources, books, magazine articles, newspaper articles, etc. are all important sources for this type of assignment. After data collection, the second most important aspect of a biographical essay is selecting the right content for your paper. You will want to present material that leaves the reader with a complete understanding of attributes that distinguish your selected leader.
