Select a country in the Asian-Pacific region as a case study for this assignment. Then write a critical essay addressing the following items:
- Explain how income inequality is measured, and relate this to the country you have selected.
- Evaluate the relationship between income inequality and economic growth, and apply your conclusions to your case studies.
- Identify and evaluate any policies have been implemented in the country you selected to address income inequality.
- Recommend actions the government should take to address the social and economic impact of income inequality.
Your paper should be three to four pages in length and cite at least two credible sources other than (or in addition to) assigned readings from the course.
