a. How often does this company post to each service?

b. Who are the target audience of its posts?

c. Which business processes are supported by the social media for this organization?

d. How does the company's use of social media helpbuild social capital? Provide an example of how social media supports each of three social capital objectives (see Chapter 10 section Q6). Use Print Screen function to capture the page image if necessary.

e. Do you think this company is successful in its use of social media? Why or why not?

f. What are your recommendations for improving their social media use?
